At the moment I make oil-paintings, drawings and illustrations

The beauty of nature, form, light and color are subject.

In my paintings I am using a underpainting of egg tempera, covered with many layers of thin paint.

It is a wonderful journey of exploration in colours.

 

In 1993 I graduated at the Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam in the Netherlands, with a degree in sculpture and the Zuid-Holland Art prize for Young Artists 1993.

For years I took part in group exhibitions. Frequently I made sculptures in bronze, installations and mural paintings commissioned by private persons, enterprises, institutions, theatre and art companies.
